Our Inspector
Our inspector, Keith Coley, has over 20 years of experience in home building and home inspection. He has personally inspected about 1,000 homes in just the last couple of years, which along with his background in custom home design and building gives him the expertise needed to be a thorough and knowledgeable home inspector. Keith provides top notch customer service throughout the entire home inspection process and is an InterNACHI certified home inspector who is committed to continuing education through InterNACHI.

A sewer scope provides an inspection of the sewer line and can identify potential problems such as cracks and tree roots which can quickly escalate to very large issues for homeowners and require expensive repairs. You will receive a full video of your sewer scope with audio explaining the findings throughout.

Radon Testing
Radon gas is a naturally-occurring byproduct of the radioactive decay of Uranium in the soil and can be found in many basements. According to the U.S. EPA “Any radon exposure has some risk of causing lung cancer. The lower the radon level in your home, the lower your family's risk of lung cancer.” Radon mitigation systems can be very expensive and our radon testing will confirm the levels of radon present along with an explanation of the severity of the risk.

Our mold tests are done either by taking air samples or swabbing areas of suspected mold. We partner with the leading commercial mold testing laboratory in the United States and Canada to run the tests on all of our mold test samples.
